Delete your account

Last updated: [Effective date — set on publish]

Overview

You can delete your JFit account and the personal data associated with it at any time. For your security, deletion can only be started by you, while signed in to your own account — this page explains how, but does not delete anything by itself.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove the data we hold about you, including:

  • Your account identity (name, email, and sign-in identifier).
  • Your profile and body metrics.
  • Your workout logs and completed sets.
  • Your daily wellness metrics, including health data imported from Apple Health or Health Connect (steps, sleep, resting heart rate).
  • Your check-in responses.
  • Your trainer–client links.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted. [Retention period and deletion timeframe — to be confirmed by legal.]

How to delete your account

In the mobile app: open Profile → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account and data.

On the web: sign in, then go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.

Can't access your account?

If you can no longer sign in, email us at [email protected] from the address associated with your account and we will help you complete the deletion request.
