These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JFit web dashboard and mobile app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility

3. Your account

JFit is a coaching platform. If you are a client linked to a trainer, you acknowledge that your trainer can view the data described in our Privacy Policy in order to coach you. JFit provides the software; it does not provide coaching, training, or medical services itself, and is not a party to the relationship between a trainer and their client.
5. Health and medical disclaimer
The Service provides fitness tracking and coaching tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program or making decisions about your health. You use the Service and follow any program at your own risk.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
- Access another person's account or data without authorization.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.
7. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant JFit the rights needed to operate the Service, including storing your data and making it available to your trainer as described in the Privacy Policy. Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google, Apple, Apple Health, and Health Connect. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their practices.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by JFit and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.
